The following are details of a few pricing options for Private Parties & Celebrations. For larger Corporate or similar events we very often attend for free as detailed in the main pages of our site.
With no two party type events being the same it's impossible to generalise on pricing but the following are a series of options that could be available for say a "Family Birthday Party"
1) The Acclaim team would attend with a nice backdrop and take photos of your guests throughout the evening burning them to CD for you to copy and circulate at will. We should attend for a
pre-agreed period of time and this would be for a fixed price dependent upon the number of hours.
2) Setting up a Mini Studio as in the first option, we could provide each guest or couple with a souvenir 6x4 or 6x9 mounted photo. If the smaller 6x4 format we could also give them the option to purchase a larger 6x9 photo but for obvious reasons some hosts may prefer that we don't sell at the event. Again our charge would be for a fixed price but a little more to accommodate the free photos. This format is often used at celebratory events when the couple want guests to have a nice souvenir. The price would be calculated on the maximum number of photos to be supplied and whether we shall be permitted to sell on the night.
3) One very popular option is for us to charge an attendance fee and supplement this by the sale of the instantly printed photos at the event.
Sorry, but with private celebrations we cannot generally attend for free relying solely upon the sale of photos and particularly not online orders, as we have found from experience that the euphoria of the night is the key to healthy sales.
