Whatever your passion, if you're staging a "Club Day"

as event photographers we

can capture the fun and

deliver quality photos to your guests on the spot.  

We photograph events throughout the South including Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Surrey and London.  Of course for larger and special events we travel  nationwide and overseas.

The slideshow opposite shows some examples of an Owners Club Event and despite mixed weather we enjoyed a great turnout and nearly all attendees wanted a photo and most with the optional commemorative title making it an extra special souvenir.

So how does it work? On the day we'll arrive at the venue and if no permanent shelter is available, will set ourselves up in a marquee or gazebo to house our viewing station and printing equipment. Ideally we need a power source but can bring a generator if none is available.  The format thereafter very much depends on the type of event.  If a car club we can capture guests as they arrive using a special scenic backdrop or in a static display.  The key is to produce a special photograph.  Photographs can then be viewed on our special computer screen and printed on the spot in a large 6x9 inch format. 

What's the cost? We mostly attend events for FREE but this depends upon the size and nature of the event.  Where numbers of attendees are small we could ask for an attendance fee but would then reduce the price of the photos to compensate.
